Monthly Parking Information
After you complete your purchase, please send an email with the details of your purchase to japonte@spplus.com. You will have to coordinate a time when you can come down to the location and fill out the future billing application. A one time, non-refundable, transponder fee is due at the time of sign up. This fee will be processed separately from your Park Chirp purchase. Your initial monthly payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Proration is available on a bi-monthly basis. If you purchase monthly parking after the 15th of the month, the prorated charge will be applied to your second month’s payment. You will be invoiced by SP+ starting in month 2 of your monthly parking. You must provide 30 days notice to cancel all parking accounts.
