NBC Tower – South Lot (219 E North Water St.)

The surface parking lot at 219 & 225 E North Water Street, known as the South Lot, is comprised of 248 parking spaces. The parking lot is fully automated with two entry lanes, two exit lanes, one cash Pay-on-Foot station, and one Credit-Only Pay-on-Foot station. There is a set of entry/exit lanes at the east end of the lot and another set at the west end of the lot.
