The Garage has entrances on Flower Street (lefthand side of the street) and Hope Street (West Side of the Street). If you are Traveling West on 8th Street, you may enter on the right hand side, just past Hope Street. Once entering the garage, turn right at any entrance to follow the flow of interior traffic patterns.

Monthly Parking Information
After you complete your purchase, a parking representative from The Bloc will contact you. Parking passes can be picked up at the Parking Office on the Valet Level. There is a $50 non-refundable Key card fee which will be processed separately from your ParkChirp purchase. Your initial monthly payment is due in full at the time of purchase. If you purchase monthly parking after the 15th of the month, the prorated charge of 1/2 month may be applied to your second month’s payment. Starting in month 2, monthly payments will be invoiced by ABM. Credit Card, ACH and check are accepted. Payment processing information will be provided at time of Key card pickup. You must provide 30 days notice to cancel all parking accounts.
