Monthly Parking Information

After you complete your purchase, Atlantic Customer Care or the facility manager will contact you to have your pass picked up. Please allow 24 hours for processing. If you are not contacted within 24 hours, let us know at support@parkchirp.com. A one time, non-refundable, $25 activation fee is due at the time of sign up. Your initial monthly payment is due in full at the time of purchase. If you purchase monthly parking after the 15th of the month, the prorated charge will be applied to your 2nd month’s payment. Your first month’s payment will be charged in full at the time of purchase. Starting in month 2, monthly payments will be invoiced on the 20th of each month by Atlantic Services Group directly. Credit card, ACH and check are the accepted payment methods. 30 days notice is required to cancel your account.
